Do you offer priority support?
Yes. Enterprise includes a dedicated Customer Success Manager for the first six months (renewable every six). All plans get standard support via email and chat.
Do you support customers outside the U.S.?
Yes. We work globally. If our EST hours don’t match your schedule, use the calendar to book a time that works for you.
Where can I see system status or outages?
Check the status link in the chat widget for live updates. If there’s an incident, we post progress and estimated resolution times there.
What if my question is about billing or plan changes?
